If you don’t have the necessary time to come to our store, we will take care of the process of picking up and delivering your device, either from your workplace or your home. We will assess the damage of your mobile device and proceed with the repair.

Once we receive the form that you will fill out, we will contact you to coordinate the process of receiving your device based on your needs.
When we receive your device, our Samsung-accredited technicians will perform a technical check at a number of points and provide a FREE performance diagnosis of the device. However, before proceeding with the repair, we will fully inform you about the exact repair time and cost, in order to obtain the necessary approval. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you will only be charged the minimum cost for diagnosis, packaging, and shipping, which is 10 euros.
You will receive your device at the address you provide us, and you will pay the agreed amount to the courier either in cash or by card.
Your device will be as good as new, and the original warranty, if any, will continue as normal.
If your device is out of warranty, we offer a 30-day warranty for the repair we performed.
